We guarantee that your grill will be significantly cleaner than when we arrived. However, we can't guarantee a perfect result due to factors such as the age of your grill, the extent of dirt and build-up, the grade of stainless steel, and the type of grilling you do. While we typically remove up to 95% of grease and build-up, we cannot eliminate rust, deep metal burns, or age-related wear. For example, rusted metal cannot be restored to its original state, and certain grills, especially those with aluminum parts, may remain blackened and stained despite thorough cleaning.
