Grillyan Service Terms & Disclaimer
1. Scope of Service
Grillyan provides BBQ grill cleaning, maintenance, and diagnostic services.
Our cleaning service focuses on removing grease, carbon buildup, and surface residue from accessible areas of the grill.
It does not include rust removal, repainting, cosmetic refinishing, or replacement of parts unless specifically quoted and approved before the job.
2. Quality of Work
Each service is carried out with care and attention to detail.
When cleaning or minor repair services are requested, we always do our best to bring the grill to its best possible condition, depending on its age, materials, and overall wear.
However, results are subjective and depend on existing factors such as corrosion, prior use, and material quality.
For that reason, all services are provided as-is, without any performance guarantee or claim of returning the grill to factory-new condition.
3. Pre-Existing Condition
Outdoor grills are exposed to weather, heat, and natural wear. Surfaces may show rust, corrosion, or discoloration that cleaning cannot remove or repair.
Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage but cannot cause it. Grillyan is not responsible for any condition of the grill before or after service, including deterioration that becomes visible once the surface is cleaned.
4. No Warranty or Ongoing Responsibility
All services are performed on an as-is basis.
Because each grill's condition, age, and materials vary, Grillyan does not guarantee specific results, performance, or future condition after cleaning.
Rust, residue, or stains may reappear over time depending on storage and maintenance.
Grillyan's responsibility is strictly limited to the service performed during the scheduled visit.
We are not responsible for any later issues, use, or condition of the appliance once the job is completed and accepted.
5. Feedback & Acceptance
All work is considered completed and accepted once the service is finished, unless concerns are reported within 24 hours.
After this period, the service is automatically considered accepted in full. Later complaints or claims cannot be reviewed or reopened.
6. Follow-Up Visits & Diagnostics
Follow-up inspections, assessments, or estimates are not included in cleaning services.
If an additional evaluation or quote is requested after service, a diagnostic visit fee applies.
A written estimate will be provided for any recommended replacements or additional repair work following that visit.
7. Liability Limitation
Grillyan's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including corrosion progression, part failure, or loss of use of the appliance.
8. Access & Safety
The customer (or authorized representative) must provide safe access to the grill area during the appointment.
If access is not available or conditions are unsafe for work to begin, the appointment may be rescheduled with an additional trip fee.
9. Agreement
By submitting a service request, booking an appointment, or paying an invoice, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Service Terms & Disclaimer in full.
